great vibes, pool, service, so much fun really.
The NZ bird Lucy is awesome every morning she working cleaning... I wish though 'Wilson' parking next door could be cleaner as we have to pay them for parking....If anything is not up to standards consult her....
Nice place to stay with a swiming pool, but the outside close at 11pm and the kitchen at 10pm so it's hard to keep your drink fresh for the night as all the fridges are there or even if you feel hungry late

The assistant manager at the billabong backpackers heavy set girl with blue hair is the rudest receptionist I have ever met in my life! Very unhelpful and very very very rude woman.
The staff are rude I even had a booking but they were discriminating against me because they couldn't get their story straight on criteria it pays to check the place out first before wasting your money
good price, bus at door to take you into Perth central. nice outdoor area and cheap meals available. also big plus for providing a shower chair. quiet. draw back was no TV in room. and bedding was dated and had to make own beds, no towels provided. I'd stay again.
Value for money is everything and billabong certainly support that bias ... All the services you would associate with a backpackers and more .. friendly staff and casual atmosphere with ample parking ... Early days so stay tuned for edits
