I heckin love this place. They do good work, they work hard, and I can rest easy knowing my money isn't going to some big chain shop that will call me several times during a repair that turned into a service that turned into selling me a bunch of parts. They listen to you, figure out the best solution that won't destroy your bank account, and they're honest. Honesty is hard to come by now-days so that should be enough to get you in here. I have only bought parts and had work done but they have a great selection of bikes to buy as well - easily browsed on their website. Great people, great prices, great work. Easy 5 star for me

Fantastic service. The team did a great job assembling my bike and went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly adjusted to suit me. Even with a bit of mucking around, they were patient, helpful, and made sure the bike was spot on before handover. They even helped load it into my car, which was a really nice touch. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back!

My bike handlebars suddenly stopped moving, so I rushed in for help. Since I can’t speak English well, he kindly used a translation app to communicate with me.nnHe fixed the problem quickly and even did it for free because it was such a simple repair.
