Thank you Bike City warehouse for your amazing service. Myself and my husband bought 2 bikes over last weekend. We also bought new helmets for the family and baby seat fitted. Service was top notch, great value for money and they went out of their way to deliver our purchases when the fitting took a little longer than expected. Thanks for going over and above.

nI visited Bike City last week because my bike tires were flat and I wasn’t sure what the issue was. The mechanic was incredibly kind and honest - he fixed the problem free of charge and explained that it was a simple fix. On top of that, when he saw me struggling to load the bike into my car, he kindly came over to help. It’s rare to find genuine and helpful service these days. Thank you Bike City for your service all these years!
