I’ve been into the store a number of times now and had found the young man in the bike store friendly and helpful. The advice provided was always excellent. I used to recommend Bike City Warehouse to all my family and friends who wanted high quality service and no mucking around, but when I went in this week, I was advised he no longer works there. Disappointed to say the least, and will not be back after the way I was treated by the owner.

Great place for all types of bikes, pinball machines and bike repairs. The guys are friendly and know bikes from top to bottom. You've also got to visit the store. It's like I was in the USA!

Thanks to all at Bike City for helping me find my son the perfect pushie . From Rob to Ang and the boy's out back who fitted the trainers . Wasn't sure it would work but my son is riding like a pro thanks to the guidance from you guy's . Need a bike .... get your bum down to Bike City . You'll be sorted in no time . Thanks again Cam

Rob was a Huge help, needed my back tire fixed and they got it sorted in no time, great people and great customer service, got it in and out just before they closed definitely recommend

Good service but price is very arbitrary unfortunately. Had a job done there and got fair pricing, went back for an adjustment to the work and got charged more for the adjustment than for the original work which makes no sense at all. Got charged $160 to replace 2 parts which cost around $25 & $35 each online, so $100 for mark up + labor seems excessive. Good idea to get pricing before any work to avoid getting overcharged.

What a great Company to deal with.  I bought two bikes from them and Angela went out of her way to assist me in even shipping them across to WA.  Service like this is few and far between.  Many Thanks guys!  Wish all retailers have service like you.  Will be back with you again!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of buying my 1st Mongoose California special from BMX LIFE in Richmond, got the 2nd one from Bike City Warehouse hell of a lot better experience these guys were great thank you Bike City.

Had a great experience in bike city. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions I had.I went in unsure as to the type of bike I wanted but Angela was more then happy to help out a novice like me, she walked me through and helped me pick out a great bike that I am very happy with. Thank you to the bike city staff for all the help and I would 100% recommend
