The reception is constantly on the phone whilst communicating with patients ready for an appointment, I waited there for an 1hr and 30 minutes even though my appointment was meant to be at 3:00. After the long wait we only saw the doctor for 3 minutes for $250. He had no medical explanation for fluid in my sons ear he said “it could be not it is” from his tonsils or his nasel after he checked the tonsils and nose he said that they are not infected. So the question is where is this fluid from if the ears nose and throat are perfectly fine. After the pety examination and explanation, my son threw a tantrum crying uncontrollably and screaming he just wanted to leave the whole clinic. After this misunfortunate event I called the clinic about 20 times and they were busy. I also saw a different doctor to the one I was booked in to see and this is misleading and disappointing.
Rude receptionist, called for advice and help. Asked me to come in with sick child. Rocked up to be told that the dr has left.
Visited Batoul khalifa the audiologist to check my baby's hearing. It was the worst experience ever and she doesnot have any experience dealing with children he just freaked out and cried his heart out .i never saw him like that before
