Had to fly in from UK for relative in Bundy hospital. Stayed 2 weeks in her caravan. The grounds were well kept as we're the amenities, the pool was a bonus. I can't thank Caryn enough for being so kind and helpful in my time of need, very supportive and made sure I knew where I needed to get supplies etc. The shops are a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Thank you once again for all your help. Kim
Great bathrooms, plenty of room in them lovely showers. They have lots of ensuite style rooms available so no waiting. Nice pool and clean and tidy park. We had a dogs too as they are doing a trial, we hope they will always allow dogs, then we would definitely be back.
Best park in Bundy. Management are fantastic, helpful and super friendly. Well kept grounds with lovely garden. Walk to major shopping centre and a great club across the road. Toilets and showers are kept clean and well maintained . We couldn't recommend this place enough.
We booked two villas and our planned tour to great barrier was cancelled due to weather. We received the phone call at 5:30ish and since then we have been trying to contact to cancel the bookings.nThere was no one at the reception and we tried multiple times and sent an email.nThe reception contact the next day and said no refund cannot be made due to no show and they didn’t offer any credit or a partial refund. Given the changing weather conditions it is better to book a place where they offer after hour reception service for a good service.
My family and I stayed on a powered tent site. The park is beautiful, very clean, the unisex bathrooms each have a toilet, shower and sink. The laundry is great, first caravan park we have been to and not had to run around looking for change as you just scan the QR code and pay with your phone. Staff are so friendly and helpful they all work really hard to keep this park looking like it does. The swimming pool is to die for, so clean and plenty of room. Having parks like this is a 24/7, 365 day job. The staff don't slow down they want visitors to have the best experience while staying. The camp kitchen has a big BBQ, sink, gas stove and television. I know we're on holiday and it's our time to relax, but please remember the staff aren't here to clean up after you and your kids.Treat all places like it's your home. If you use it, clean it, don't leave toilets unflushed, and items not wrapped up and desposed of in the right manner it's gross and no-one wants to deal with that. I have seen this in many parks people just not caring and think it's ok. If you leave a mess clean it up. Mops, brooms and bins are all there for our convenience. If staying in a cabin wash up, sweep up, strip the beds. It's just a way of saying thank you and it helps that little bit. If we didn't have holiday parks where would you be staying? So please remember a little goes a long way. I recommend all family's traveling to Bundaberg or just passing through to stop in and stay a night or two, you won't regret it. Shopping centres Aldi, Coles and Woolworths all in walking distance straight across the street you won't be disappointed. HAPPY TRAVELLING
