Came here specifically to find Pokémon cards and discovered they are behind the counter of the service desk. The initial member went out back to search for the item as they weren’t behind the desk but came back with nothing. However another staff member, Justin, recognized what I was looking for and searched out back and was able to find my specific item. This item was unavailable in so many locations so it was a god send that he actually assisted me in my hunt. This literally happened right after he found another item for another customer so I really felt the professionalism from him. The price is a bit more than the comparison of Kmart but when you’re able to find it here instead, it’s a big win. Big ups to Justin.

Ordered click and collect and items are missing. Previous experience at other BigW stores bang on..but first time ordering at this BigW store and this has happened. Pretty disappointing. Will think twice before doing click and collect from here

The store has vast variety of products for people of all ages. They keep coming with good offers. Good variety of books for kids and adults.

The kind lady in balloon section made my day helping my son with special needs. I feel the team in Top Ryde is very accommodating and friendly. Thanks
