Friendly staff and quite a selection. We loved buying several items of furniture from the Tauranga store! Absolutely amazing team over there. I haven't had the pleasure of buying from the New Plymouth store yet, have just had a browse and some questions, but very happy with the service
Never trust this New Plymouth store ! Visited on Black Friday 25th/Nov , staff introduced me a discounted bed, but I have something urgent to deal, she asked me come back before 5:30pm , when I tried My best return she told me the bed "sold out" , I asked her help check with manager if can do back up order so I can get all furnitures in one delivery , she promised that will find out & call me back next day, but never get a call back. After that I visited store few time, she kept saying to me will talk to manager then let me know but never get a response. Then I visited store again , finally met manager there, manager said the staff just got Covid won't return for another 7 days , I explained all stories , the manager said will check with her and call me back , but never get a call back , funny ! Both of them are same ! then I visited the store few more times , the Manger kept saying will talk to her first and then call me back, from 25th /11 --13th/12, this is the way how they treat and play with customer. My budget is $10 k and sincerely want to purchase quite few furnitures. Now I will never buy from this store. Just all liers.
Amazing shop, lovely helpful and comedic staff, super helpful with helping me find a new mattress. Only issue potentially would be wheelchair accessibility just from curb and stretched carpet, other then that brilliant experience
I purchased a lounge suite end of July. Was told it would be delivered on the 9th of September. It is now the 2nd of October and still no confirmed date as to when the couch will be delivered. Although when i rang for the third time last week i was told there would be another wait of 3 weeks! Terrible customer service been given the run around I've never had this problem anywhere else! Where is my couch?!
Chris was up from the Christchurch store when I popped in to buy a new mattress and great to deal with!

Website was very handy ... but did not buy the product I was looking up .. i got a wall unit about 5 years ago from their beatiful and still in perfect condition as what I brought Was in the shop today this being another occasion from above comment walked it and shop was dead did not see any staff walked around their was one staff member helping another customer walked straight passed me not even saying boo not even hi iiam just with this customer at moment I will find you one iam done .. not the first time I have just walked out of their
Went to pick up unit I'd waited 4 months for... had to go inside to be served as no-one was on the loading dock. When storeman came .. he was way less than friendly. Won't be going back for awhile
