Their store has pretty much anything needed from fabrics to pillows stencils, diamond art, costumes and so much more."},{"text":"I was in a queue behind two other people and the customer being served was taking quite a while and the staff member at the other counter who had just finished serving someone just walked past us without offering to serve us. When I asked she said that due to covid they only had one till open, however there are other counters in the store and she could have offered to serve us there. Another staff member overheard and did offer to serve at another counter, but the attitude of the staff member ignoring us and then going to a display area and talking to another staff member about something she had bought was extremely rude."},{"text":"Spotlight is very good, well stocked, great sales assistants, very helpful however I feel there's not enough staff and it hard to get staff to help because they are always busy and alot of there stuff isn't priced so I have to take it to counter for price check. How is it okay to racially profile your Māori customers and give them attitude. I have experienced this a few times there even the 'you can't afford any of this stuff' we purchased cricut and it's accessories. We were treated like dumb Māori and now to hear that this behaviour continues to happen to Māori customers SPOTLIGHT CHANGE YOUR SERVICES OR STAFF!! In saying, I love what spotlight have to offer however, the store is soooo cluttered can barely walk through the bin isles."}]
