Thank you to Phoebe! Today my son and I came into Animates New Plymouth to get a tag done for our new kitten that we are getting soon. Phoebe greeted us with such a warm smile. Straight away she helped us print the tag. She was so awesome the way she talked to my son. Usually he is quite shy but happily talked away. She along with another worker gave us some great advice on what I need for our new kitten. This included the best litter, food and we even talked about raw food. They were so knowledgeable ! Honestly I haven't had great customer service like that in a very long time. On our way out Phoebe invited us back and gave us a booklet to take home about kittens with some discount vouchers. Thank you again. We will be back this weekend.  Daisy and Carlos.

Everything my furbabies need is right here plus the staff are helpful and totally awesome

Lovely staff, a girl helped me pick out a harness for my dog she was so nice, so patient, great variety of all sorts of pet stuff

Store is well kept and well stocked. Dog wash is clean and tidy. Carparks are very limited. The annual dog wash card system needs an overhall, the flimsy nonlaminated piece of card is outdated. Other than that great place dog loves it

Fantastic place for my pet, and very friendly staff !!

A 10 minute visit to use the dog wash. Very friendly staff and always offer helpful information or recommend products for your pets. A good selection of fish with many tanks full of different varieties.

Very busy, but still able to fond someone to help. Very clean, tidy and great products. Love that people can take leashed dogs into the store.
