Welcome to Bicycle Centre Morley. Our bike shop is located at 154B Russell Street, Morley, close to morley bus station and the galleria. We are proudly Australian owned and family run. You can shop online with us 24/7 or come in and meet our fantastic team of cycling specialists. We cater for the road rider, commuter, mountain biker, children riders, and everything in between. I went to them to get get the back gear on my single speed bike changed over to one with less teeth. Pretty long term customer with them and had always had good experiences in the past.

So they changed over my bike pretty fast and everything seemed good. Now the issue was that on a single speed there are screws where you pull the back wheel back to get good chain tension. In essence they moved the whole back wheel back about 20mm which is normal for what they did. However they didn't adjust the brakes and that meant the brake pads were now 20mm forward of their original position and cut up the back tyre whenever I applied them.

So I went in there to ask them to replace the tyre, I wasn't that annoyed because I'd had a chance to sleep on it. They denied there was any damage even though there was deep gouge and then claimed the builder of the bike was at fault. In the end I said I didn't trust them to work on my bike anymore and the woman at the counter became abusive. They said they'd replace my tyre but they wanted the old tyre because it was in such good condition they could sell it to someone! I was able to argue them into a 20 dollar refund and bought a new tyre for about that and fixed it myself.

From a consumer standpoint I'm okay with the refund despite the worst customer service I've ever experienced but them being adamant that it is okay to move the back wheel 20mm and not adjust the brakes scares me.   It's nothing personal but I'm sorry, I do not believe these people have a safe attitude for working on vehicles.

Brilliant service today, i stuffed up my roadie gears/cable and i needed it back on the road quickly.  Being a Saturday, busy and no appointment they didnt have to work on it but they got be sorted within the hour without any fuss. I'm forever grateful. Cheers gents!

Went in to purchase a byk bike for my son and young guy wouldn't give me one in the box had to purchase display bike only even though they had stock in the back. Will shop elsewhere. Very unhelpful.

Fantastic service from these guys. Took one of our racing bikes in yesterday as gear change not working.   When we went in to collect the repaired  bike today  the staff were extremely helpful and informative and advised how to maintain the cables.  Will definitely be going back.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bike.  The prices are more than competitive and the staff are friendly and professional.  Another plus was I didn't have to assemble the bike.  It was all done for me, including optional accessories which were fitted free of charge.  
A refreshing and enjoyable shopping experience.  All too few these days.
