Johnno is just the best at what he does. I have never ever met a better store manager and what he doesn't know about bikes isn't worth knowing. Brilliant staff, brilliant service, 11 out of 10 !!

Great service from the staff at this store. I bought my bike there in 2018 and have had servicing done there too. I recently had an unusual mechanical problem and the guys resolved it very fast and with no hassle at all. Very impressive! Super friendly too.
Trek Leederville provided poor post-sales customer service, and I was poorly treated as a customer. Store management needs to improve their communication skills. It is a great relief to me that Trek head office intervened and resolved the issue.
I called in here a few times as my tyres needed a bit of air. The staff are always happy and super helpful even though I bought my Trek Dual Sport at a different Trek store which is an awesome bike btw. Highly recommended for the service alone!
