We hired the Billabong camp for my 40th and it was such a fantastic facility. Hot showers, cold filtered drinking water, generous areas to pitch a tent, host some games, cook our meals and hang out. The grounds are very picturesque and tidy. David and the team at the camp were an absolute delight to deal with too.
Overall the whole camp was good but the dorms are very sticky and hot when I tried to sleep in them.
The meeting and dining hall is quite small and is a dangerous trek. Everything is spaced out a bit far. However, the dorms and bathrooms are very nice and modern. Most things are clean and have air conditioning. They provide good sports equipment for the basketball court.
A beautiful campsite, great amenities.
Good place for community outdoor activity, family camp etc. A various outdoor activity available.... If you are nature photographer, don't miss this area and surounding
Lovely place to see some nature heaps of birds and wildflowers
I recently helped organise an overnight professional development workshop for ~50 adults held at the camp. Everyone loved the food provided by Accolade catering and the activities we chose canoeing and the vertical ropes challenge. The camp facilities were basic, but very clean and well-maintained. They had a large screen in the main group area, which was great for connecting laptops for people presenting. The camp hosts were easy to work work and communicated well.
Great facilities and awesome instructor led activities. Highly recommended.
Thoughtful staff efficient great expertise in activities given to students .
Good starting point for several hires of varying difficulty
