How dare your kids have some fun when its almost empty. Lifeguards have nothing better to do then stalk your kids for smiling and enjoying their time here. Not effecting anyone else. They must not enjoy their job so they dont want anyone else to enjoy life.

Went to the pool so that I could walk in peace for awhile in the water.  The lane clearly stated that is was for walking/rehab but what did I get, a man with his kid deciding that they can play and splash around right where people were walking.  Got into the spa and half the people in there did not have a band on and decided to go between there and the sauna.  You need more lifeguards on deck to check this.

It's sad that you pay money to take your 5 year old grandson to swim, and you are confined to the shallow end of the childrens pool as the rest of the space is taken up with classes.  It's great to see so many children learning to swim,  but sad that my grandson who can swim only gets to play in shallow water.  We did go outside for a while but it was a bit cold to spend too long in the bigger pool, where we had to be wary of people doing laps. Could not a space of deeper water in the children's pool be set aside for the public

Friendly and very helpful staff. Safe for children. Life guards on duty at all times. Large open spaces, Pools, Gym, and many other sporting faciliates+ cafe, family resting and eating area with tables/chairs and picnic areas. Swimming lessons + exercise classes.  Finally GREAT value provided from your low cost membership fees.

came in 9:20 for my brothers swimming lesson with my parents and was treated poorly by this specific staff member. I ordered food and my mum came to give her pass and was absolutely treated POORLY by the “manager”. The old lady rolled her eyes and yelled at me to walk around my mum to her register, i confronted her rude behaviour and didn’t even get a sorry. When i received my chips a staff member actually apologised for her actions and i love her for that, please whoever this woman is strip her from that manager title. If i could be honest i felt like racism had to be apart of it  im asian.
