I hate finding new hairdressers. So, I'm glad these guys are great and I don't have to keep looking! Love the cut and colour job :)

I went to get my roots done this morning and clearly asked the hairdresser to ensure she maintains the colour of my ends and only does my roots to match. Clearly she did the opposite and I ended up with dark roots and my ends darkened a further shade of brown. When I said this was not what I wanted they Tried to debate with me about my communication. Further to that the fellow hairdresser then said we will not be taking you as a client as they cannot accomodate what I am after. Meanwhile he did this in front of other clients which where getting their hair done. This has not happened once but twice. The staff are not listening to what they are briefed and they're doing what they think or feel would be best suited for the customer. When they hear otherwise then unfortunately your the wrong type of customer for them. I expect a full apology from David Torrens the owner and will be ringing to follow up. Be careful what you wish for when you go to this salon.
