Went camping last weekend, sadly realised that an inflatable mattress was more comfortable than the bed I have been sleeping in, in its defence it's likely older than i am. Went in on Friday, purchased a replacement & Julie arranged same day delivery. Warm welcoming and genuinely helpful. So much so we returned on Saturday and purchased a second bed. Again great service with seamless same day delivery. Excellent customer service and a great overall product offering. Thanks Julie.
One of the worst sales experiences I've had. The salesperson was SO full on when we went in to buy a bed. She spoke to us patronisingly explaining how the springs worked, and would not leave us alone to try and discuss. In the end, I had to be blunt to try to get her to leave us alone. She still insisted on helping - I had to ask twice. The products looked great and the prices good, but I couldn't handle the very high pressure sales technique applied. Went down the road and brought one at the competition instead. Be prepared to stand your ground and give you space to decide for yourself.
After searching for a new bed and mattress all over Melbourne for months, we didn't find what we were looking for until we came home to Mildura for Christmas. There is something special about regional locations and the people who live and work there. Everyone was so friendly, especially Mariah who helped us find the perfect bed/mattress combo for us. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly for us, fun! Thank you to all of the Bev Marks Mildura team for achieving the impossible and finding us a bed that we both love!
Highly recommended bev mark's mattress for its quality ,Bit pricey with out deals , please look for offers like half price .I got better deals for a King & Queen mattresses and received free high quality mattress protector along with it . Really happy with staff explanation and always suggest products according your budget.
