I went into Officeworks Mildura to get some important documents copied. I've not done that at Officeworks before.nnStaff member Aimee sensed my apprehension at completing this task. Very rude. I went in to get help with a printer that I had bought. The young staff member - Beau, was quite obnoxious and pretty much scolded me for not having read the instructions, like he was my boss.nnAt the end, I did say thank you, but he has already turned away and was talking to one of his mates.nnHonestly, in Mildura, there are much better options at Tech Lab, Big W, and Cash Converters.nnEventually, I rang the customer line, at HP, and they were much more helpful and polite.
Recently bought a gaming chair from here they ensured me it would be easy to put together it was not at all easy they also charge an extra 45 dollars fee to put it together in store on top of the money you spend buying the product with the cost of everything else today that is very steep
called in with my wife as she wanted to buy a $900 laptop, staff told my wife, don't have any , officeworks advertise then for sale, staff member showed no interest in a sale, or offered to get 1 in for her, wife was disgusted, we bought what we wanted at J B HiFI.
Big thank you to Amillia for all the help! She was so friendly, gave really useful advice, and had such a great attitude. She’s definitely the best staff I’ve met in this shop with professional, kind, and genuinely cares about customers.
