Just brought a television with my Daughter, went to counter and Lady asked me to go to the other side or register I mentioned what for then an older lady with grey curly hair and asked if I was ok then proceeded tell other customers to wait their turn very abruptly then kept on looking at me shaking her haed at me. So rude.
Some of the younger staff are quite nice. The older ones however, who I imagine are the managers, are often dismissive and speak in an annoyed tone. You’re probably better off going elsewhere for office supplies.
My husband visited the Mildura store this morning and asked for assistance to print off five pages of a document in email. The blonde woman at the counter told him to use the self serve to which he replied that he only had a few coins on him to pay for the printing. She said that the counter had to be kept clear where the printers were. He was the only person in that part of the store at the time! Officeworks do advertise that they print documents don't they?nnThe woman begrudgingly complied with his request, then went on to grizzle about the document being a bit blurry.nnSeriously, what happened to good old customer service?nThis woman had an attitude problem.
Absolute horrible customer service! went in to get some papers photocopied today, if I were you I wouldn’t bother to get served by “Tam” at the front desk she has no bother or care in the world to greet you with a smile or care for yours needs as a customer absolutely lazy service. Definitely need to get staff with a better attitude.
I went to Officeworks Mildura today to do some printing, but wasn't familiar with how to use the machines. One of the staff members - Cassie was on her name-tag - was very helpful in going through the process with me. She also offered a small box for me to put my printing in. I thought I would make a point of acknowledging her helpfulness, and to say - based on my experience - that she has an excellent sense of customer service.nOn previous occasions I have been there, I have been helped by someone who I think is the store manager Jarrod? who was also very helpful.nI think it is important that these staff be publicly commended.
