5 star customer service, the young lady in here was very helpful, they didn't have the shoe I was looking for but she was happy to assist and help me search online for the shoe at the other stores. If I didn't have to get a particular shoe for a wedding I would have brought here purely on the service and nice range of shoes they have.

Fantastic customer service from Monique. Being a size 11 shoes are never easy to find, not only did Monique have a pair in stock that I liked she was also able to order another pair out to my house from the warehouse... FREE DELIVERY! Always have awesome sales and always get good customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Such a good shopping experience  Shoes are comfy and very well priced too. Very happy

Apart from the bad customer service, the quality / material of products aren't too good at all at a price that is not reasonable. The sizes are also a problem as you're forced to get a size bigger making your foot look larger / longer due to their styles having a very slim fit.

Fantastic customer service! I buy most shoes from the Geelong store. The team are always helpful and very knowledgeable. Great styles too!
