Staff are very friendly and i was professionally served by a young lady named Kattie she helped me from A to Z. Great welcome, explained very clearly procedures how to operate and Terms and conditions and even hooked the trailer to my van checked all lights etc. Nice to make business with Better Rentals Cranbourne
I have known kennards, but I came across BETTER RENTALS and I had a really good experience with those guys. I rented a dingo for a weekend deal, it was reasonable price. Worth every cent. Easy smooth transaction and hassle free. You stay in your car, they hook up the trailer and off you go. Return 6-7 am, same thing, no issues. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend
hired a machine last wk friendly service for the pickup young girl was good to deal with. got machine home used it but found it was long over due for a service. it leaked oil everywhere and had some things broken so you couldn't use all the functions properly, was out of adjustment and was generally in a untidy state. ie half missing stickers flapping around. i went to return it and was met by a bloke that wasn't pleasant to deal with did not respect my rights. he sent me on my way without being able to make sure myself that the machine was unhitched correctly and that all my shackles were back in place not very profesional.
Staff were friendly enough but I hired a post hole digger mini and it didn't come with the pin for the attachment so it made it hard to use, also nearly impossible to start again after it had been running and turned off for a short time.
Amazing experience with Cranbourne team. Had a set back with mechanical issue and they did everything they could to help me out even delivered a replacementso I could get the job done. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs equipment in the future
Picked up a cherry picker this morning and had excellent service from the girl who worked there sorry didn't get her name she was really prompt and helpful and worked like she was one if the owners. Returned the machine in the arvo and once again helped by the girl in her really efficient way. Thank you for the great service.
I organised a weekend higher and spoke with them in person to see if it was okay to pick up Friday afternoon and they said they will have everything ready Friday afternoon and when we went to pick it up they said we can pick it up Saturday there was no courtesy phone call to say it won’t be available or anything not even a discount or even an apology the absolute worst service possible
Very happy with Better Rentals. Very helpful service over both email and phone. The equipment was delivered and collected on time and worked perfectly. And the transport rates were half those of competitors. I will be using BR again!
Great prices and thanks for the advice. I was looking and renting a machine. You recommended a cheaper machine to do the same job. It is a welcome surprise for a company to recommend a cheaper product. I am used to companies trying to Up sell you to more expensive option. You have got a Life long customer
Dont do a huge amount of rental with them . Maybe 6 a year for 5 years no problemo ever except a turf cutter which didn't live up to rap . They refunded me . Get a kanga it you want to remove existing turf . Good staff . Can be busy picking up in the morning so if you can get you machine bad the same day it's is to you advantage
