We were on our way home from holiday stressing big time about getting the dogs food on the way up as we had car trouble and had to leave later than planned. The staff were fantastic coordinating our order over the phone so we could get it just before closing. Fantastic service and the dogs loved their dehydrated roo ears, even the dingo got right into it and she is extremely picky with treats
I knew it was going to be a good visit when I parked next to a bright blue Moke with a German Shepherd inside. Top service from the team, saved me spending $50 when it was unnecessary. As a result I'll likely never buy cat food anywhere else for years to come. That's numberwang
Large pet friendly store with a wide range of stock for all your typical pets. Multiple registers so you’re never waiting long. Ample parking outside. All staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, helpful and knowledgeable. Has a good selection of of fish in the aquarium section. This place has a decent sized dog wash. Stock good quality foods including M4M range for decent price! Has a membership sign up that’s free where you get discounts off purchases. With it, buying the larger bags of dog food you always get a $10 discount. Have cheap chicken mince, roo, horse and normal mince. Will be coming here more often from now on! Real happy we’ve found you guys!
I have shopped at Midland store now for 3plus years for dogs, chickens and garden. Staff are so friendly, helpful, happy and knowledgeable. Great service and well done. Cheers Damion Gooseberry Hill
A small tame budgie flew down late on a Sunday afternoon. I rushed out and bought a cage and food for it just before the store closed. The staff were super helpful and advised me on the right food for it. As soon as I put the budgie and the food in the cage the budgie ate loads of seed and had a sleep. Thanks! I am looking for the budgies owners, I’m glad the budgie is happy in the meantime!

Had the worst experience with a purchase there. Bought a large expensive cage which could only be transported flat pack. I live near yanchep, so arranged a time for pickup making certain ahead of time, that they supplied the right item as it would be a 3 hour round trip. Upon arriving at home and unboxing it, they had supplied the wrong cage!! It cost us another trip back to exchange, with assurance from the supervisor that we would be compensated for the error. To add insult to injury, got a call today with an offer for a packet of birdseed, my bird does not eat seeds.. when I told them that it was a case of “oh well that all we can do for now” i would think that after spending almost $500 and a tank of petrol that a packet of birdseed would not be an acceptable compensation… make sure you got the right stuff cause the staff won’t help out much if it’s wrong!!!
A business that lives up to its name with incredible staff that care and are so friendly! My dog loves it because he always gets a scratch and a treat
