I pre paid for laser sessions and was unable to attend my last booking. I called the mobile number attached to the buiness which did NOT answer and they did NOT return my call. When i went in to see them in person the owner was rude and told me she had voided my last session as i did not send a SMS - your a buiness learn how to return a call or get an answering machine.

I had Ultherapy done with Gelina, and I am so glad I did. First of all, I rocked up for the treatment without taking any painkillers, although she clearly instructed me to do so. 
So,  I found the procedure really uncomfortable, especially that I am pretty sure that Gelina did a lot more than was required. She really wanted to give me a great outcome, so although I was really cranky with her when I left (and for few weeks afterwards) as the swelling and pain were diminishing (yes, it takes time for your face to fully recover), but after that it became apparent that the lose skin on my face was indeed getting lifted. 
It is now around 4 months later, and (sadly for my wallet), I will be continuing with getting next treatments. 
Although I would not really call it a miracle treatment, because nobody actually noticed anything, but they all stopped asking me if I was tired, which is a miracle to me.
I don't look tired, I don't look sad anymore, I just look like me. That is exactly what I wanted to achieve. 
Yes, I will go back to Gelina as I have researched a lot about the procedure online and know that not everybody gets results, but she definitely does.

Scattered and unprofessional. I had my moles lasered without any anesthetics. Is that even legal?? It was fine for the really small surface-leveled moles, but a few that needed a lot more zapping burned like a thousand suns. 

She did advise correct aftercare, but overall healing time was NOT a few days. It was a week, with proper care. Results turned out well, however, questionable practices abound.

I have done 2 section on hair removal in Best of beauty and I've seen the result straight away.
I love it and want to do it again.
