Just did a RWC for my car here. Very nice people!
I did my car RWC with Bespoke Motors. They are fast and prompt service. Daniel did an excellent job and was easy to communicate and deal with.
*WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE* I've had a horrible experience that has left me in debt, i was not allowed get the car i was buying checked out at my own mechanic as it was against their policy to move the car away from their shop, instead they provided a RACV worker that worked next store and told me the car was fine and that he would even "buy it". Couple months pass by and the car comes up with damages that are priced at 1/3 of the price i bought it at. Be wary
Purchased my 2004 GRS182 Crown from Shui at Bespoke Motors and I couldn't be happier with it. Genuine car with a genuine history that feels and drives like it's brand new. Shui is a great guy to deal with and he makes a mean cup of Coffee which was definitely needed after the 2 hour drive. Lots of cool rigs in stock to suit anyone's tastes. I'll be back if I ever decide to upgrade. Thanks again mate.
Daniel was great to deal with and very informative and thorough. My car was sorted in a timely manner and would definitely look at Bespoke Motors for future roadworthy and work.
Brought a car in April. Car still needed a few things done on it, was assured that they would be sorted. 8 months later and after many calls can not get a response about getting the car sorted. Also found out in July that the car has not be transferred to my name and is another on going issues. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
Couldn’t ask for more. Amazing customer service, great knowledge on local and imported vehicles. Got my old car serviced without any issues and I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz S400. Car drives like a dream and couldn’t be any happier. Definitely recommend Bespoke Motors
Steer clear of Shui from Bespoke Motors. I have dealt with him when he was under the former guise of Kamikaze motors. He stole parts of my car during the compliance process of a Nissan skyline and never gave them back. This Included an aftermarket exhaust that originally came with the car. When I called him out on this, he threatened to raise the price on the compliance. Not worth the hassle.
We recently bought a car from Bespoke Motors. The car drives beautiful and it was in perfect conditions with all services done. We found the team at Beaspoke honest and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend anyone looking for an used car to check Bespoke stock first. Peace of mind guarantee. No scams or weird private seller issues. Thank you Phil and team.
Very happy with the level of service and quality of car provided by Bespoke Motors. My experience was very professional and seamless. All questions answered with authenticity and transparency. Car condition upon pickup was flawless and clean. Even touched base with me a week later to see how the car was going. Would highly recommend and use again. Not often do you find a genuine, authentic, professional and trustworthy dealership.
