worst experience ever. sent my order to the wrong address. instead of sending me a new one they wanted to wait for that customer to eventually send my order back even though he wasnt replying to any forms of contact attempts. eventually had to ask for a refund as my order still didnt arrive.
Online orders are hassle free and prompt delivery. The after pay is great when you need books straight away and hvnt got the full amount. Friendly helpful staff.
Probably the worst student bookstore ever. Or worst bookstore ever. Super expensive. Don't reply to enquiries. The website's search function is pretty crap. I have nothing positive to say about Bennetts.
This is also a post shop, without the long queues of the ones in town. Also the very helpful staff make it a great place to visit
Worst customer service ever!!! I called them and asked for a textbook, she said there is no course like that in Massey website then she hanged up on me -_-

The bookshop is fairly good but I can't understand why a textbook can cost 100NZD or more.
Nice staffs! Provided a narrow range of academic and fiction books.
Large variety of books, but the price still too high.
