I love Spotlight! Such a great variety of products, very friendly staff and you get a VIP discount if you join up. Save heaps on specials. Easy parking and access. I always get my scrapbooking supplies and other things from here!
Had ordered 3 lots of 8 cup petite loaf pan online, they arrived in good time but upon opening the box, I discovered one of the pans, not duly 'covered' but had some pink, chalky stuff attached to its underside. I informed Spotlight Customer Care just to let them know that my items arrived but bottom of the stacked pans was sitting in some pink substance. I wanted to give them the heads up...as the brand new items were sent in a unclean box which I didnt expect. Pink substance turned out to be raspberry icing I think. They immediately dispatched another one to compensate for my experience which is a lovely surprise but unexpected. Very happy customer who recommend Spotlight to all and thank you 'Spotlight Customer Care.' All the best *thumbs up*
They have a lot of sewing along with crafting supplies and home decor plus kitchen ware and cake baking items.nI understand the holidays lead to more merchandise in the isles, but it is hard to look and see all they have to offer due to congestion. Is it possible to have too much to sell in one place?
Great party selection dress up central!. Lots of fabric, including stirred fabric for dress making. Huge store so can get a bit confusing but the staff are friendly and helpful.
The service was really good, we were served by Jess who took her time to help us find the right match and walked us through the process of putting up our curtains
