I love Spotlight! Such a great variety of products, very friendly staff and you get a VIP discount if you join up. Save heaps on specials. Easy parking and access. I always get my scrapbooking supplies and other things from here!
The store has a great selection of quality products at reasonable prices, and we are happy with what we bought. However, the customer service could be improved. Some of the staff seemed uninterested and not very accommodating when asked compared to other stores we’ve visited which made the shopping experience less pleasant than it could have been.
Lady at the front counter was nice, but 2 stars because I went in to say I hadn't received notification about my click and collect it had been over the 4 hours stated and were told to go find it ourselves. Defeats the purpose of click and collect and we needed it before the shop closed.
The staff are great, I had to return a faulty product and they sorted it so quickly. Theyre always so frienfly and willing to help if needed
I returned a couple of cushions their was absolutely no problem the checkout operator was really lovely to deal with money put back into my account straight away if I had more time I would of had a look around as the shop was loaded with heaps of specials so when you shop their make sure you got plenty of time absolutely recommend shopping their.
