What a shame, that I booked a reservation for fixing my brows, and at the last minute the boutique called me saying my reservation is canceled without any solution, and I’ll leave tomorrow for vacation with my ugly brows. I explain my situation to the staff, she offers no help to me! I’ve been a loyal customer to benefit brow bar for almost 10 years, and I’ll not go to benefit brow bar any more nor purchase any of your products since today. I know as a big brand you may not care, but I’ll definitely keep spreading this awful experience! Shame !

Amazing service, very nice people, and my brows look impressively good. Not only that, but they also hablan español. If you have the chance, ask to work with Joselyn, she’s the best! I would give them 6 starts if I could!
The absolute best. I’ve been coming here for years and regardless of who does my brows, they always come out perfect. Very skilled staff who are also always friendly, kind, and profesional. Highly recommend.
I have been living in Paris for the past two months and coming here every two weeks to wax my eyebrows. Every time I go my brows have came out perfect. The girls that work here speak good English and are really sweet, helpful and make you feel welcomed. I would recommend anyone from Paris or foreigners to stop by if they need their eyebrows done.
I’ve been coming here for over a year, and each time Charline has taken care of my eyebrows. She does an excellent job, my brows have never looked better. Highly recommend! Great service and great attitude.
