Loved the place, the massage and facial by Natalia was one of the best , if not the best I ever had. She was attentive, the right pressure and just amazing. One note though about the music, There was a strange mix of Hindi mantras and some strange selection of music that may have been slow, but I didn't feel that was right for a relaxing massage. I often felt as if I am in an Ashram in India. Please pay attention to this small but significant detail. An update to your receptionists would be appreciated, none of them was particularly friendly or attentive.Service:&nbsp;Massage

Super satisfied with my massage . Feeling nostalgic through the whole session the way of massage exactly like back home and so light when it's done. She managed to get all the pressure points if you love a deep massage like me. Thanks Libra! Will come back for sure!

Definitely not worth the price you pay. I went in winter time and the room was cold. I told the masseuse that I was cold, all she said to me was “oh okay” “but your hand is warm” “already 30 degrees!” It was definitely not 30 degrees, more like 15 degrees and lying down naked in that temperature was really cold. After enduring the massage in a cold room, I expected them to at least give me hot tea like they do in Thailand, but instead they only offer tap water in plastic cups. They charge $180 for a 90 minute massage and they don’t even bother serving hot tea or water in glasses? On top of the overpriced bad massage experience, it was very difficult to book with a lot of back and forth exchanging emails and receptionist not picking up the phone. When finally the line got through, the receptionist was snobby and rude and had the same behaviour in person.

Massage and facial were great, therapist was very lovely and attentive.  Unfortunately I will not be back due to the customer service.  I had been given a massage voucher for a rest and rebalance massage. Due to being pregnant, I had to op for a pregnancy massage instead which was $130, the rest and rebalance was $120, I was aware before I booked there was a $10 difference.  When it was time to pay I was charged $25 extra. I asked why this was, the receptionist said when the voucher was purchased the price of the rest and rebalance massage was $100 now it’s $120 so they have to charge me the difference although I’m not sure how they worked that one out The voucher was for a massage not for monetary value and I don’t believe they would have charged someone getting the same massage extra because the price had gone up since the voucher had been purchased. The voucher was only purchased 3-4 months ago. I also spent a further $130 on a facial.  Really poor customer service. This is not how you run a business, instead of getting a repeat customer, you’ve made an extra $15. Well done!Service:&nbsp;Massage

Came here for a pregnancy massage with high hopes but was left disappointed. No introduction from the masseuse or pre-massage consultation which is really important before a massage - especially in pregnancy. The room was cold and your covered with a tiny thin sheet - I had to ask for a blanket which all she had was a little towel didn’t do much. Started way to rough - was more of a deep tissue not a relaxation massage, not very sensitive to how pregnant I am. Receptions didn’t even acknowledge me afterwards or ask how it was. Overall it was well below average. If your pregnant go to Bella Mama I had gone here for a massage a week ago they are exceptional and specialise in pregnancy massage - a million times better from the massage it’s self, friendly staff and overall experience.

This business has been awesome to deal with, allowed us to use our voucher even though it had expired. We had a couples massage the whole team was welcoming and the massage was wonderful.Service:&nbsp;Massage

I visited Spring spa for the first time today and it was great! Big smile from the receptionist and a great lounge to sit and wait for your appointment. The massage was fully immersive with relaxing aromas and music that sends me to Bali. Finished and had a glass of wine at Prego next door after..Bonus!!

Lovely spa setting similar to their Bali location with light interiors all sparkling clean and inviting. Got my finger and toe nails gel polished and they lasted for over a month!
