I was New Face’s first client when they started in Royal Oak back in 2011. I’m so glad this business has been growing as they offer the best hair removal treatment, and it isn’t as painful as before, thanks to the latest technology. I have tried other treatments, which have helped me to control the hair growth, but none of them have been as effective as New Face’s. I can totally recommend this treatment to others, and I’m so happy they have been offering great discounts recently.

The owner of this business is very rude and unprofessional. Never has my friend experienced such aggression and insolence. She makes up policies and rules on the spot to avoid taking accountability or solving the matter. Her behaviour is aggressive and downright disgusting! Would not recommend to anyone.
