absolutely shocking!!!!!!! booked in advance not once but twice and they never turned up not even a phone call!!!!. the person that answered the phone couldnt even speak English and didnt even know where long gully was???? asked to speak to someone in charge and left on hold for over 10mins!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS HOPELESS SERVICE!!!! GO UBER OR 13CABS.

Disappointing service, as a visitor to Bendigo I used the Bendigo Taxi App to book taxi 12 hours in advance I waited at appointed time and place, at appointed time Bendigo Taxi cancelled my booking via the app, no phone call, no offer to rebook.

I would have preferred that the booking not been accepted in the first place.  I understand now why changes are being made in the Taxi industry

Told by the operator that she couldnt find me on the corner of Mirchell and hargreaves streets, at the main bus stop for bendigo, just down from the fountain ' what fountain?' Named all four shopson each corner as its in the city centre; nope can't find you, waited, she got her manager, who has at least heard of Bendigo and posdibly Google, she found me

Poor service . Rude customer service.  Got stuck out at a winery waiting until 2am made 5 phone calls to cab service got told it ws not their problem we had to wait 3 hrs

Worst phone service I have ever used - not only was the person nearly indecipherable (not a language barrier, just extremely disinterested and slurred) but they had no idea where major landmarks were in Bendigo, nor street names. Was entirely unable to give me an expected wait time or check in service. Only thing I can praise was the trainee driver that got me from point A to B alive, no thanks to his trainer in the back who let him blow around roundabouts and gave him no help with directions or where his car was relative to the road markings whatsoever.
