We initially went in on a Saturday morning to update our signatories on a joint account at around 11am, knowing full well that the branch closed at 12pm, giving us plenty of time to complete the paperwork. Julie, the Customer Relationship Manager, was rude and unprofessional throughout the whole ordeal and was rolling her eyes, puffing her cheeks and having very poor body language crossing arms, leaning back in chair, ignoring conversations/comments, etc. Julie kept saying that we couldn’t do certain things but when we asked her numerous times to produce policies to support her statements, she couldn’t produce any and told us that they are online. After we left the branch, we looked online and even spoke to Bendigo Bank customer representatives over the phone who confirmed that she wasn’t being truthful and there was no such policy to support what she was saying. We were just going to let it go but then she made a spelling error on the account which prevented one of our 2 signatories being linked to the account. As a result, we have had to wait another day and a half at least to pay any outgoing costs. When we called to discuss this error, Julie told the lady who took our call that we had to come in to the branch to fix it, which was another lie as we were told over the phone by the customer representative located interstate that we could call the local branch to get it fixed over the phone. When this was advised, Julie then said it would be fixed but we would have to wait until the system resets overnight. Tomorrow is a public holiday so we have to wait another day for her to fix her mistake! Makes me wonder how true her statement is that we have to wait overnight? One star is generous if I’m being honest.
They never help with a small lone four car.but I can get credit from a car dealership which I rather get from you guys please explain to me thanks
