No empathy at all. When I had a problem with fees being taken unexpectedly at westpac, they gave me a refund and 2 free months on my account. Bendigo staff all tried to tell me that it's reasonable to expect me to remember that fees may happen under certain conditions after *12 years* of no fees. That's like telling a 17 year olds parents that they should remember their kids daycares policies. After 12 years of irrelevance. No courtesy reminder, and rediculously over priced fees. They have no empathy and it is *NO SURPRISE* that Bendigo is rated the worst bank in Australia.

I was so excited to finally have a branch of my bank nearby. Went in to ask about updating some of my accounts and the attitude of the woman who served me was horrible, she had no intention of helping. I'd had to jump through hoops to even get to go and do my banking that day. I ended up having to call the Perth branch. Thankfully they were more interested in helping... And I've kept my accounts from being attached to Albany because of it.

Thank you for your wonderful service today. Made my transactions very easy.
