Shocking lack of service. It takes 5 seconds to acknowledge a person standing in front of you but the teller preferred to continue with her social business call while I stood there for 15 minutes. I eventually walked out...  Kudos however to the person from the back of the office that at least greeted me. She was however told by the socialite that was too busy to acknowledge me  that she could not assist as her station had already been shut down.  Manager, sort out the lack of customer service with your employees prior to customers closing up shop.

Great experience with getting a mortgage here at the Busselton branch. David Johnston, the manager, went above and beyond to get our loan organised in time for settlement. Highly recommend, for both the low rates, and the service received. Thank you.

Home loan and other products done with great customer service

U realy need to learn ur job  properly . After the death of our son.  U gave us the run arround . U where informed of his death . But u failed to giv relevant papers to be signed. And  while i was in busselton . I produced the orriginal death certificate which u copied  but again u failed to give us relevant paper work to sign. U also twice sent letters saying u goner take fee how u can even sugest this  fees of deceased person is beyond me . Finealy i had go pinjarra bank to sign relevant paper work  dealing with ur branch has been a complete nightmare  and very stressfull .  Greiving parents do not need the enourmess stress that u put us under . I would not recomend u  to any one Thank u For for all the extra  stress  at  this  greiving time in our life
