I've been with Bendigo for about 12 years now. They are absolutely fantastic: polite, friendly, human and totally helpful. What other bank would ring you if you had forgotten to transfer funds to cover an automatic transfer? Every one of my dealings with Bendigo has been a pleasure.

While generally the staff at this branch have been helpful and friendly, over the last 48 hours I have experienced what can only be described as utter incompetence. This included the manager at this branch not comprehending the nature of the issue with my account, excessive hold times for the call centre, and urgent requests sent by the help centre to the branch not being actioned. Fortunately my account is still listed with a different branch, where I opened it many years ago. The helpful team in Nightcliffe eventually rectified all the issues helpfully and efficiently.

Have illegal frozen funds and am now taking the bank and branch manager to the Supreme Court. FYI the banking ombudsman is weak as piss. Bendigo bank also supports terrorism certain mosques in Victoria hold funds with the bendigo bank.

Friendly laid back staff giving old fashioned service with a human touch. Being able to call the bank at 5.30pm and have the manager take time out to discuss a small fee discrepancy and then have the issue resolved at the start of business the next day is what I am talking about. Bravo Bendigo Freo.. you rock!
