The most outstanding bank in Church Street Brighton. Staff are amazing and they know your name, your kids names & are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers. Even when my son was stranded in Mexico they fixed the problem on the spot!
BRIGHTON branch staff and management is very disappointing. My business has been with Bendigo for 17 years and only since the new manager has started there have I had issues. They have transferred my money from one account to another without calling, emailing or first checking with me, what a disgrace. No previous manager has ever done this. This is not how to treat a long-standing loyal customer. Do not recommend this branch!
So very disappointed with this branch. The new manager decided to transfer funds from one of my accounts to another without first calling or checking with me. That's terrible. She should not be able to just move my money of her own accord, without my authority. Blaming other departments for what she has done. I have been with Bendigo for 17 years and this has never happened to me before by any other managers. A disgrace. No courtesy call or email, no contact made by manager or any staff, this is such a violation and I am furious and appalled. Perhaps the new manager should take a lesson of customer service and loyalty from some of her predecessors. Huge disappointment. Do not recommend this branch.
As a visitor to Australia, I entered every bank on church street to make a request. This was the only bank that would exchange my country's money into Australian dollars without having to hold an account with their establishment. Was very easy as they simply requested my passport and local address to complete the transaction. Very pleasant experience as I was then able to purchase items at various businesses in the area.
Just walked in for something simple and found Shelley & Rachelle in particular to be very arrogant ..
I had a wonderful experience at the Bendigo Bank in Brighton. Not only did Davorin make me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door all of the other staff at the branch always greeted me with a smile. Davorin kept me updated throughout my banking experience & was extremely efficient. Thank you Bendigo Bank Brighton, keep up the great customer service It does not go unnoticed! :
