Disappointed with the cake that was delivered for a very special occasion. The cake was not worth the extortionate cost of $85 nor did it look appealing to eat. The texture of the cake was heavy, dry and had four uneven and broken layers with a smear of cream and jam. The baker either does not know how to follow a recipe or has no creativity when it comes to meeting a clients request. If I was running this business there is no way I would have delivered the cake that I received.  I was so shocked with the presentation that I personally baked a cake so that my friend and the night would not be ruined. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before ordering a cake from this shop.

Been returning to Bella and Bella’s Cupcakes for past few years and they do great cakes and cupcakes I met Bella through a kids charity Bella support a number a well known charities and I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for your ongoing support and we will support Bella’s Cupcake World in the future
Its hard for any business to sometimes give and give and give for that Bella I take my hat to you and your team

What an amazing place, We can recommend Bella's Cupcake World for Wedding Cakes and of Course Cupcakes but I never knew that they do Kids Parties, and Wholesale items -  my Husband was quite impressed he ordered some Cupcakes with his Business name on they looked and tastes very nice

NEVER SHOP HERE! $85 for a 30th birthday naked Victoria sponge (no issue paying that for a good cake), what was delivered was unprofessional, wonky, cracked and the lettering was awful and child like. The cake looked terrible, I could have done it better myself! The cake was meant to be a vanilla sponge but a white choc mud cake was delivered. To make things worse when I returned it the woman was incredibly rude and didn't apologise to my face. Terrible customer service, made excuses and showed no empathy that I was left without a presentable cake for an important birthday event. Proof in the pictures!
