The absolute worst real estate agent ever from refusing to repair a fallen fence, refusing to reimburse me for repairs done to the property, 6 weeks without heating in winter and only $100 compensation, purposely planning inspections when they new I was on holiday to issuing me with a vacating notice because the landlord doesn't want to pay for any fence repairs that they know I would win in a VCAT suit with only 90 days notice BEFORE my end of contract I would never ever rent nor recommend Bell Real Estate to anyone Take care of your tenants !

Rented through BellRE for 2 years. Generally very helpful, no issues.

They never return phone calls, are never in the office and are generally incompetent at most simple tasks. Would not recommend if you can avoid them.
