Highly recommended for the waffles. Self service but the staff is nice and friendly. The ambience is fine. Fresh made waffles with so many toppings options. We did take the Nutella and fresh cream with strawberries and wow, it was really awesome. They do serve good coffee and other hot drinks. If you are a fan of salty waffles or if you want to try, then they do offer cheese filled waffles with chicken which tastes good. Good value for your money and time.
The food are a bit pricey- around €5 for a waffle with basic toppings. But their Belgium waffle is great, so crispy I wanna come here over and over again. I tried their leige waffle the other day too, not as good. Recommend to get whipped cream and bananas as toppings.
Family and I had the experience to eat in the Waffle Factory. I had a waffle with one topping white chocolate. Tasty waffles and nice overall. Waffles are crisp and the sweetness was not too sweet and not too bland. It was just right. A must try if you're in the central
Oh my God the most tastiest waffles that your taste buds would surely fall in love with! From the whipped cream to the salted caramel to the waffle everything was so so so tasty! Definitely would come back again and recommend this place to others!
Quite busy, but mostly because of the queue that is created artificially by the staff who serve in the slowest manner I have ever encountered. As if they test you on the waiting patience, a live demo of slow motion. You may forget why are you there. We finally could make the order and our Liege waffles with whiped cream were very tasty, but anyway, never again due to the overall experience Wheelchair accessibility: Not suitable
This waffle was definitely worth the wait! After walking around almost all of Brussels in the morning, the taste of the banana split waffle was to die for! Yes, it looks like a heart attack on a plate, but trust me it tasted great! I would have liked a larger waffle size however as I think the price point paid deserved a bit more quantity in addition to the drink offered. Otherwise, a hell of a waffle!
I went there after reading good reviews but was a bit disappointed. The waffle wasn’t baked properly, parts of the dough were raw, at least there was a lot of the sauce on it. The iced drinks pineapple and mango were alright, fruity flavours, not too sweet but also nothing special.
The place offers not only sweet selection, but savory as well. I took "lunchwaf", smoked salmon with some kind of cheese and dills, baked into waffle. Very delicious and slightly unusual. I went on Sunday, in July at about 11am and were plenty sits around both inside and outside. I took about 5-7 minutes to place an order, and about 5 minutes to receive it. The cashier spoke perfect English.
The waffles were good but the service could be better. One of the ladies was really rude to customers. The other staff were nice. The best of this place is that you can eat seated inside. We ordered 2 lunchwaf croq waf and yes you graine, which is a seasonal waffle and 3 Brussels waffle with belgian dark chocolate and banana.
I had a liege waffle with dark chocolate and strawberries. The waffle is quite nice and different from my country. The texture is more chewy than I thought, and it feels like “half raw” of the bread, and I like it. Maybe I should try more waffle in Belgium since this is the first one I tried, but it’s nice to me . By the way, there is a line on that day, probably takes about 15minutes to wait .
