Called re our dog having eaten garlic, which we didn't realise was very toxic to dogs. They were extremely helpful and told us all the symptoms to look for should he become unwell. The lady who answered the phone was awesome! A great place to take your pets too
10.06.2022 I called the clinic to get information about the pricing. We have two kittens whom we want to vaccinate, microchip and do spaying. The lady on the phone was very rude with me. English is my second language and I had to ask her same questions several times because she speaks too fast for me and I apologized for that. During the conversation I was interapted because there was another incoming call and I had to wait. Then I was told that spaying for the cats could be done between 5 and 6 months. I asked if it can be done earlier, because one of our older cats got pregnant when she was a bit over 4 months old. The lady on the phone interrupted me and asked where did I buy my cats. When I told her that I found the seller via Facebook she told me that people who sell kittens through the Facebook can't be trusted and that my cat was probably 5 months old, not 4. Then she started to argue with me that my cat couldn't be pregnant earlier than 5 months old. And finally she told me that she has another incoming call, said goodbye and hung up the phone while I still was talking to her. So rude! P.S. Using their pricing they have lost a customer who has 4 cats and was about to spend more than a $1000 at once. They must be very busy and don't care much about new customers.
Today I found an injuried baby pukeko took it down Steve the vet gave him some anti inflammatory I now nursing the wee guy at home
Always a great experience whenever we need to go to the vet. Both of our dogs love the trips and have never been nervous about it.
