As always.... go in for 1 little thing. And walk out with 2 new fish, dwarf chain loaches. Plants, for a grassy knoll. Thermometer, airhose and actually forgot to get what I went in for. I blame the great staff for making me forget about what I went in for, but walking out with bucks worth of purchases. I'll have to go back for my original $15 purchase I forgot. Great store. Even better staff. Give them a pay rise Artistic Professional Tiling loves Fish.
Great selection of products across the board and some brilliant sales prices. The dog wash stations are FANTASTIC. Strongly recommend looking into the annual subscription. They are so easy to use and do a brilliant job. 100% worth it. Interacted with 3 staff members while there and all of them were polite, helpful and so kind and easy to engage with. Greeted by both friendly and helpful people. Even though young they were very knowledgeable in what they were selling. I would recommend them to one and all.
Range of products was great. Staff very friendly and efficient. Only thing is the small car park, difficult to park when you have big vehicles in there already. Only reason why it's not 5 stars. I enjoyed shopping there though.
The team at Animates Papanui are super friendly, knowledgeable about the products and served me efficiently, they are a real genuine friendly team and will help you no matter what your looking for. I felt looked after & will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great customer experience.
Always greeted with a smile when we walk through the doors. We use Animates services monthly and treat our Luna to a wash in their tubs easy to operate. They have a great range of products food, toys, treats, collars, etc. The staff are knowledgeable and have a obvious love for animals!
What a great place with friendly staff knowledgeable and helpful, I went here to get things for my tropical fish.
Had my dog groomed here recently. Really impressed with the end result. Staff were all friendly and polite. Highly recommend.
Really enjoy taking my dog there, lots of cool stuff there. Some things quite pricey though. Small tube dog toothpaste, over $20. Does a great range of dog food and cat food there. We always purchase our dog and cat food from a specialist store rather than a supermarket.
We took our two shih tzus here for a groom. Amazing service, the girls gave us exactly what we asked for, the dogs looked amazing and I could tell they were very well cared for while they were there. This was a huge contrast to a rather disappointing groom we had at the Animates Linwood location. Thank you ladies, we were super happy, you did a great job!
