We had a fantastic experience. Rick was incredibly helpful. He took the time to find out exactly what we needed by asking us questions and actually listening to our answers. We will go back to Rick and Kevin for any future purchases because they sell you the best option for you. Rick doesn't push you into things you don't want. He makes sure you are happy with your decision. Customer service at it's best.

Best customer experience in looking for a bed. Rick was really helpful and knew all the ins and outs of sleep! His charming personality and sound advice allowed us to make an informed decision. 
This was coupled with a home service to install the frame and adjust the bed to suit us! :D The place to go if you want to get some good sleep!

One of the best experiences as a customer I've ever had. The staff here are genuinely passionate about their products and ensuring customers get excellent value for money. Peter helped me generously and went above and beyond my expectations. I also witnessed Rick do the same with other customers. They are very nice people.

Thank you so much to the team at Beds for Backs. Rick was fantastic from the moment we walked into the store, he certainly knows his stuff about beds and was a great help - more importantly when my parents needed the bed changed he went out of his way to make things happen easily and smoothly for them. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Couldn't be happier.  Had such a wonderful experience dealing with Kevin at beds for backs Nunawading. What fantastic customer service our salesman Kevin provided for us, went way above and beyond just to ensure we were satisfied.  Couldn't have been better looked after. If anyone needs a new mattress or bed this place is the place to go.  Not only will you get a top quality product but also all the information and help you need to get you what suits you best. A very very big thank you to Kevin and also to Rick. We can't thank you enough, we are over the moon. We wish we got this type of care and help everywhere.
