Yesterday Saturday Oct 22nd my partner and I had the worst experience at this store. The woman working there there were two, but she looked like the one in charge was extremely rude. She ignored me when I asked for help and spoke to us in a condescending manner while we were asking questions about duvet covers. It was such an off putting experience that we walked out shortly after, both feeling shocked by the customer service. We won’t be returning to this store, which is sad because we’ve loved shopping at Bed Bath N’ Table in the past.

Absolutely horrible experience I had this afternoon with the shop attendant who was working this shift, her attitude was appalling, customer service was foul,  the store was a mess and I definitely won’t be coming back! How disappointing!!!

Love love love this shop. The window displays always coax me in....and I love the morris and co bedding, it is gorgeous and timeless. Beautiful Easter display in store now with a gorgeous variety of homeware to suit everyone.

The staff at Queensgate are very friendly & helpful! I always feel comfortable in the store, especially being a guy and all.  My partner absolutely loves this shop and I can see why, the staff there are always happy. I am surprised anyone would leave bad reviews. Thanx for your help.

I was really disappointed with the service.  I tried to ask for some advice on towels. The woman was not overly helpful and quite unfriendly. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything.

Fabulous shop and girls so lovely. My favourite place to buy bedding etc.

Excellent service from the staff...the girls are awesome. I've shopped here from when it first opened & can't believe the negative comments here listed..dealing with the public can be a pain in the butt..

Poor management. Most horrible, unorganized bed bath n table I have ever been to. Staff are clueless and rude. Definitely wont go there again.
