I made an error when ordering and reached out to redcurrent to help to fix it. They were absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to help me get the item i needed even though I made the error. Amazing customer service and great quality items. Very happy!
So disappointed with the lack of service at the Brandon Street store today. My daughter and I walked in and the two assistants kept their heads down without even a courteous hello. We wandered around the shop for several mins. Not so much as a.. Can I help you? We were prepared to purchase. Won't be shopping there again.
Nicely set out shop. Good customer service Moving shortly to just off Lampton quay. Should be easier to get to. Has a good sale on of over 60 percent on some items and lots of other reductions Bought a few things for presents. A cushion was wanted by a young friend for her cheetah. Toy of course. Photo coming.
My husband and I were looking for a fragrant candle. Shop assistant was friendly and helpful. Because of her guidance we ended up buying a beautiful diffuser instead.

At the more pricey scale for gifts, but it's all good quality and they have good range of scented candles and diffusers.
I always liked this store, but this time, the shop looked sparse. I was welcomed warmly by the staff. I usually buy something when I visit the store, this time I didn't, despite most items being on sale.
Horrible customer service and it honestly seemed a bit racist as we were followed around like hawks then bag checked.
Beautiful shop & lovely, friendly & helpful staff! Five stars from me!!
