Didn't know they have Wireless Charging Point. Love this. USB And USB C plus wireless Charging points between Station car park and station. ,
The redeveloped elevated station brings a much needed amenity to the area especially to the William St intersection. Station itself is aesthetically modern and has extended sheltered platform area compared to the old layout. Escalators could have helped with the flow however as the residential area immediately around it is growing with more apartments and units, and patronage would certainly increase.
Even though the modern look for Beckenham, was needed since the recent extension to Byford and connection to Cockburn Central.nnThough, it's extremely disappointed to know, that there's limited seating to wait for the train, no rubbish bins.nnAnd not a single public toilet in sight nnI get it it, that Beckenham didn't have public facilities or amenities in the past.nnBut, this actually needs to be re-considered, when you've now have to change a train between Cockburn & Byford.nnCan't really work that one out Transperth & Metronet ‍
