I had a mani / pedi plus eyebrow wax today. It was superb. It was clean, professional, very reasonably priced. Highlight was the owner who was a truly beautiful person. This is my place goring forward.

Beauty on Mends by Finola has a range of beauty treatments that are top quality and delivered in a professional caring way 100% of the time.  I have been a regular client for 5 years, and I always feel satisfied and uplifted after spending time at the salon...it's real 'beauty therapy'. The facials that Anna gives are the best I have ever experienced, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Finola has impeccable attention to detail and does everything she can to make your experience an excellent one.

I have been a regular at Beauty on Mends for three years now. Finola, Anna and Marie are professional and meticulous in their work, as well as being welcoming and friendly. I love the Payot range, which suits my sometimes sensitive skin, and waxing is done sympathically with excellent soothing products. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Perth for my beauty treatments.

I received a $20 off any Payot facial in January from Beauty on Mends. I can't remember the exact date it was in my mail box but it was around 27 January.  On the Monday I called them to see if they would honour the voucher in February as I was leaving on the 1st February to go to Brisbane for 10 days. They said yes and I could ring up on my return and book a treatment. I booked a facial for today Wednesday and was told the beautician would discuss with me which one to have. I chose the mini facial $80 and told her I had a voucher. She left the room while I prepared for the facial but when she came back she told me she talked to Finola and she said I couldn't use the voucher. No where on the voucher does it say subject to conditions. She did offer for me to have one of the other facials ($120 upwards) no I could use the voucher. I told her I did not want to do that and said I would leave it. So I dressed and walkes out of that salon with hardly an apology and will never return again. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOU NOT.
