I had an amazing time there. The staff were so amazing and lovely and I got exactly what I wanted! Both the facial and the hair treatment was incredible and I couldn't ask for anything better. The whole experience overall was fantastic and my hair looks (and feels) incredible. Thank you so much for spoiling me!

I had a really great hair cut and colour done here however when I was getting my hair cut the lady showed me some products she suggested I try for my hair, she left them on the bench for me to have a look at but when I got to pay at the tills, before I even had a chance to ask the prices of the shampoo, condition and some treatment, she had put it through and told me the total, the ladies didn't once ask if I actually wanted it or tell me the price or give me a chance to ask for the price as it happened so fast. When I rang to ask for a refund the lady said that unfortunately they cannot do refunds on products but I find that really really disappointing that I spent 400 dollars and something was charged out to me without my permission essentially. Understandably businesses won't want to refund products but the actual fact is I was never going to buy it and I'm stuck with it now. Just disappointed that the staff pushes this on me to try get themselves more money and couldn't refund me a small amount of 50 dollars and instead offered me in store credit which I obviously won't be using as I won't want to come back, it's not the first time a hairdressers has somehow gotten more money off me without my knowledge. Bad end to what was a good start.

What an insult, 
Experience would show the consultant in beauty a mop at seven eleven...a clever psition.
The other appointments with better therapists clearly a reason to return my to the salon and a positive experience, and nice. More recently like today, the facial, peel reatment i was soaked in ammonia, the total mix from   retail hair dye that ammonia  is intoxicated in hair for
ula. 
last appointment though, the therapist was pugnent rude negative, and a bore.
The therapist used the same approach to push away the appointment, that had bern reqested.
I dont appreciate sniffing ammonia for active  peel treatment. 
Which it is not.... this is so dangerous.
a peel is based with aha.

I try to be good, towards this type of problem, not this time.
The therapist grudged.
To know the fagrance and quality,  and that a 'aha', is the bae of the treament, for face.
LAST WEEK, THE THERAPIST APPLIED AMMONIA.   
 ON THE PEEL THEN WHEN TAKING IT OFF, 
ROLLED A GEL, LIKE cream to enhance  type of redness and blistering.... Like vaseline, it was applied to the face after the peel with that ammonia.
This created red lumps that were painful, and did not come off for day and next.
Th experience was too negative and grudged.
I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY,
a very popular therapist, I was with 7 years experience.
I choose to keep this to myself.
AND WHEN I GO TO TREAT MYSELF, I EXPECT TO RELAX FOR POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
What an insult, It is very like them, 
at that salon to talk up, what they dont know.... and put it on you.

My friend and i shared special day in the city beginning with a deluxe facial at House of Ernest and we will definately be back! ... The therapists were both excellent and the facials were amazing thank you!!!

Paul has been cutting our hair for the past few years and my wife and I will not be going anywhere else! Tried lots of stylist in Perth with good reviews but no consistency. Top bloke and got some great skills.
