Exceptional friendly service, Kelly and Izy couldn't do enough to make piercing relaxed and pain free.
Great pricing and range of body piercing. Highly recommend, will only go to Essential Beauty.

Very poor and would not recommend at all. The ladies themselves are lovely and it is not their fault but the company is a rip off and running the beautician like a fast food joint. They advertise a Brazilian was for $52.50 which is only $2.50 less than other places but it's strip wax, which is such a no no for that area. When asked for hot wax apparently they don't have the time and it's an additional $10 making it more expensive than other places. The company is all about getting customers in as quickly and as cheaply (for them not the customer) as possible increasing their profit. I feel sorry for the ladies working there as it is cheap and nasty and i would not recommend the place to anyone....avoid!!!!!

Very bad attitude and customer service, my little baby has got an ear's infection due to bad and unprofessional treatment, UNrecommended at all!!
