I've been looking forward to coming here for lunch! I do really like the vibes here and the plants create a relaxed atmosphere. The Salmon Benedict wasn’t very surprising, but the bread was nicely toasted. Unfortunately, the waffle for the Chicken Waffle was quite hard, and the chicken pieces were dry and lacked flavor. When I checked the online menu at home, I noticed that the Chicken Waffles should come with caramelized onion jam and wedges, but mine didn’t have those and only come with maple syrup
The food and coffee here are absolutely delicious! Every dish is prepared with care and full of flavor, and the coffee is rich and aromatic. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience.
Not a vegetarian, but doing No Meat May, so great to have some yummy-sounding late breakfast options. Had the Posh Avocado Toast, which was delicious - generous amount of avocado and a really nice balance of flavours and textures. Asked for my poached eggs to have firm yolks, and got what I asked for, which was great! The addition of walnuts and cranberries made this dish really special. Glad I stopped here on my way through Oamaru. Would gladly do a return visit.

We happened upon this one and ordered the High Country Salmon and Avo Benedict to share. It is absolutely amazing! Perfectly cooked.nnI recommend this cafe and breakfast without hesitation!
