I’ve been to beam me up multiple times now. It has been my local the past two years attending uni! The staff are so friendly here and are very helpful when you want to try something new. The bagels are sooo delicious and very fresh. It’s a great price aswell for how much you’re getting. My personal go-to is the darth bacon but have tried others aswell which are really yummy. This is always a great treat and pick me up!

I visited here with my husband. Bagels were fantastic, and my coffeeflat white was so great with bagels.My husband latte was a little mild By the way, I could recommend 'Men in black'

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered online, it gave me a message saying that my order would be ready for pickup when the status changed to complete. The status never changed to complete, even hours after. I stood right outside the order window, that’s had a sign saying collect orders here, for over half an hour. When I went up to talk to staff, they told me I should have come up and asked for my order because it was sitting underneath the counter. I don’t understand how I was meant to know to do this as the online ordering told me it would change status when done. During my wait outside I saw more than 3 staff wipe their noses with their ungloved hands and then immediately touch the food being prepared. One guy even sucked some sauce off his finger and then touched every piece of chicken he put in a salad being made? Very odd, felt really uncomfortable and belittled by staff when collecting my food. I have added a screenshot of the order confirmation over an hour after that shows the status never changed. If you are going to have online ordering  you need to have a better system and better instruction or don’t do it at all. The fact all 3 of us who ordered online today all faced the same issues was insane and unprofessional.

Very tasty bagels, great coffee, friendly service... what's not to like? I especially enjoyed the Darth Bacon, it was a great balance of flavours and textures, fresh and not too heavy. We took ours across the road to the botanical gardens and enjoyed them in the sunshine.

I’ve had a lot of bagels here in the last 3 weeks and every single one has been delicious! Great range of sweet and savoury options - plenty to choose from if you are vegetarian or vegan. Added bonus of no surcharge for oat/soy milk! I’ll keep coming back for more. Thank you!
