Excellent in every way. Me and my friend had lunch there today, we ordered a chocolate loaf which was absolutely fabulous - the best chocolate bread I have tasted I must say. The staff were brilliant, asked if we would like the loaf warmed, if we would like jam or any other spread with it and also asked if we wanted any water. When we were seated she gave us a flask of water with two plates; very good timing. The loaf blew is away when it arrived, the chocolate was slightly melting but warmed to perfection. All in all, they have a great atmosphere, beautiful decor, friendly and attentive staff, superb bakery and for reasonable prices too. Couldn't have asked for a better place to eat.

Well it would seem that Eat produce great products ( but we never knew because they refused to honour our order), but yes their customer service is nothing short of extraordinarily (in my case) shockingly bad. Lilly look in the mirror - if you accuse customers of such behaviour it can only mean that is how you think/operate. SAD SAD SAD. You must be a miserable person but why when you are surrounded by yummy food?

Quite possibly the rudest people I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. We ordered 100 bread rolls for a party, paid for them, then the next day my mother received a call to state that they would not be fulfulling the order because we had tried to 'pull a swifty' with them (when paying I queried the price as I had originally thought they were $0.90 each, I was told they were in fact $1, so I simply accepted the new price and paid $100). Apart from the fact there was no bad intention from my side whatsoever, these people cancelled the order, leaving us to find another supplier on the day of the party. Furthermore, when I went in to get a refund, I was told I needed to send them my bank details for them to refund me. I am STILL waiting 2 weeks later for the refund to be paid. Simply unacceptable in my book. DO NOT rely on this business for anything.

highly recommend the french toast - tis a real adventure. nice leisurely weekend pace and atomosphere. good art collection too. and that great havana coffee!
