Mixed feelings. Medical Staff were kind and nice, but Reception Team were quite unprofessional. Of the two there that day, one girl in particular was quite cold and impolite; even pointedly being passive aggressive in remarks when I made a small mistake. Later, she was behind the counter, slouched back in her chair scrolling through social media whilst the other receptionist worked. She was chatting away to her coworker who was working and patrons seemed like a negligible aspect to her. It’s almost like she didn’t work there. I didn’t want to create conflict, so I kept my mouth shut, but I’m not sure why she was so rude to me. Maybe having an off day, but very poor customer service skills, nonetheless. Left me feeling a little insecure and inadequate when I left.
I was told by other doctors I was fine, but went to this place and they were right on the money. Long story short I had Carpel Tunnel, that only them and specialists picked up on and not your ordinary doctor.
Have been having physio with Matthew Rigby. Would highly recommend.
Very professional and friendly Highly recommend.
Unbelievable service from a very professional outfit!!
