All the staff are so friendly. My appointments were on time. The staff made sure I understood the process of my procedures.nThey were caring and respectfully of my needs. I would highly recommend Mackay Radiology.
I’ve seen Mackay radiology a couple of times. First time they didn’t get my scan done due to baby not being positioned right so we had to rebook. When I call I booked for a certain time then when I get to my appt they tell me I was supposed to be there 15 minutes ago and are extremely rude about it. Absolutely horrible with communication, the reception staff are extremely rude. I told my midwife I won’t be seen there again. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!
quick friendly service excellent radiology staff and they send you your reports via online system: highly recommended tell your doctor to refer you to them: walk in for some services also.
My experience with Mackay Radiology was a good one ,The receptionist was polite & welcoming,the radiologist was informative and caring ,the time frame was excellent,the waiting area is comfortable and clean, Thankyou to the staff,much appreciated.
I have been coming here for many years and have always been treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.
