West Harbour’s growing status as a sought after residential area prompted Barfoot & Thompson to open its office on the corner of Hobsonville and Luckens Roads in 1996.

Story

Since then the office has enjoyed the benefits of a centrally located site and has earned a reputation for honest, hardworking, friendly business practice. The office now enjoys repeat business and referrals from many satisfied past clients.

The sales team of 20 includes some of West Harbour’s most skilled and respected agents. Reflecting the area’s multi-cultural society, we have salespeople fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. Properties are advertised throughout a diverse range of Ethnic publications, giving both vendors and purchasers the best opportunity to satisfy their real estate requirements.

Seeing the demand in the area for rental accommodation, we opened a Property Rental and Management department which now looks after the interests of in excess of 100 rental property owners, letting and managing these properties as if we were the owners themselves.
