We’ve just moved to Banyo and needed an emergency appointment for our cat. We managed to get in the same day. Frank was gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know our cat and didn’t rush the appointment. He was patient with us and took the time to show us how to give medicine at home and assured us we could come back to see him if our cat didn’t get better. The price was really good value for a consult, injections and meds! It looks like Frank has been in operation a long time and the clinic shows signs of aging and looks a bit disorganised. However, none of that matters when you meet Frank and you see the care and skill he has with your pet. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was great with our cat!
Been going to Frank for the last 3 years. Well priced and enjoy the old school farm vet mentality with no upselling or unnecessary products which other vets in the area push hard on.
Frank is a sweet old school vet. Dogs felt comfortable and has nice staff.

Doctor Frank is so helpful and friendly Veterinarian. I once came to see him because my previous veterinarian don't have the proper answer for my dog's health. So decided to asked my friend if she got a Veterinarian to recommend. When I visit Doctor Frank, he straight got the answer. You know that he got the skills and experiences. I recommended Doctor Frank for all your pets.
This is our third family dog with Frank now. He has a wealth of experience. He saved our cat's life well one of them to my then teenager daughter everlasting happiness. Our cat lived another six years. We hold Frank and Ruth in high esteem and wish them best wishes for the future.
Friendly and caring vet, Frank. Prices are acceptable. Frank's methods are old school, can't fault him or the practice. Parking is onroad and it is very busy, not great. Three steps up, not wheelchair friendly. Recommend Frank highly.
Said goodbye to our 17 1/2 y.o. cocker spaniel "Lady". Dr Frank was remarkably supportive and offered after care. Turned a sad and stressful occasion into one of support and dignity.
I have absolute faith in Frank, I’ve been seeing the clinic with my pets for over 20 years, Cats and dogs. the Clinic is the best I’ve ever been too and I wouldn’t go to another.
Frank has been looking after our pets for many years and does an excellent job. Very dedicated and obviously has a great passion for what he does. Thank you.
